Tees are meant to last just about forever, so to keep it looking new we suggest machine washing in cold water, with no bleach or fabric softener, and then hang or lay it flat for drying. Do not put the iron on the design.

To initiate a return please email us at info@rbcustomtees.com, To qualify for a return, it must be returned within 5 days of receipt. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Royal Behavior and Product tags attached.
In the email simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Merchandise purchased online can be returned to our store location in person or mailed back to the same location at:
• Exchanges
Custom orders cannot be exchanged. Any exchanges will be for equal or lessor value. If the item being exchanged is less than the item it is being exchanged for, you are responsible to pay the price difference.
• Processing
When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 10-15 business days to process your store credit. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you'll be notified.
**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.
